Brownie is a very smart Beagle and she loves to read. She's also a bit mischievous, which is why she is named “Brownie” (another term for a Scottish elf or fairy). One of the things that Brownie the Beagle likes doing most is hiding books, keys, eyeglasses, or stockings that belong to her owners. She then follows her owners around while they search for the item. When they are about to give up, she produces it, and gets rewarded with her favorite doggy treat.
